Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Our storage units are available on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to rent for as long or as little as you need. We simply ask for a 10-day notice prior to your next payment due date, as we operate on an anniversary-based billing cycle.
We do not maintain access to the storage units, so we ask that you provide your own lock. You’re welcome to use any standard lock of your choosing, but we highly recommend a cylinder disc lock for added security. These locks are available for purchase at our Dover office Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, or at the kiosks at any of our facilities. We sell them for $15.
All of our facilities are equipped with security cameras, and we conduct weekly lock checks to ensure everything is secure. At our Dover and Newington locations, we have on-site residential managers who keep an eye on the facility. For added security in Epping and Hillsboro, we have timed doors and gates that limit overnight access.
We work with Pest End to ensure our facilities remain pest-free. They have bait boxes set up around the property, and they conduct frequent checks to monitor and address any potential pest issues.
Insurance is required at all of our facilities to help protect your belongings. If you have homeowners, renters, or business insurance that covers items in storage, we can accept proof of that. Otherwise, we offer affordable insurance options through a third-party provider that you can choose from during the rental process
What Is A "Remotely Operated" location?
For items that are sensitive to temperature and humidity fluctuations, we recommend considering one of our climate-controlled units. These units are maintained between 50 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit and feature a consistent 50% humidity level. This makes them ideal for storing items such as electronics, antiques, artwork, furniture, important documents, and anything else that requires stable temperature and humidity conditions. If your items don't need this level of protection, our standard units may be a more cost-effective choice.
A drive-up storage unit allows you to pull your vehicle directly up to the door of the unit, making it easy to load and unload your items. These units are perfect for those who need quick and convenient access to their belongings, especially for larger or bulkier items. You don't need to worry about hauling items long distances—simply drive up and unload!
Drive-up units are located on the outside of the facility, allowing you to pull your vehicle directly up to the door for easy loading and unloading. They’re great for items that you need to access frequently or larger items that are easier to move with a vehicle.
Interior units, on the other hand, are located inside a building, offering extra protection from the elements. While they don’t have direct vehicle access, they are ideal for storing items for those who prefer added security and protection from the outside environment
We offer several convenient ways to pay for your unit each month:
